Enrolling with ExxonMobil Smart Card Online Account
Here is how you can get registered with the ExxonMobil Smart Card online account:
- Open your browser and visit www.exxonmobilcard.com
- On the options bar, select Sign On/Register>ExxonMobil Smart Card on the right side.
- Tap on the Register Your Card
- Enter your Card Number from the front portion of the smart card.
- Enter the cardholder Name exactly as it appears on the card.
- Type in the Security Code.
- Type in the last four digits of the cardholder’s Social Security Number.
- Tap on the Verify
- On verifying your details, follow the prompts to set up User ID and Password. Also, set up the security questions and complete the account set up.
Online Account Login
After setting up the account, you can start accessing to manage your card:
- Open your browser and visit www.exxonmobilcard.com
- Select Sign On/Register>ExxonMobil Smart Card on the top right.
- Type in User ID
- Enter the account Password.
- You may tap on Remember my User ID if you are accessing on a personal device and wish to save the credentials for the next logins. Strictly skip the step if you are accessing from a public device.
- Click on the Sign On
Retrieve Username
If you have forgotten your User ID and unable to access your account, you can check the steps below to retrieve:
- Open your browser and visit www.exxonmobilcard.com
- Select Sign On/Register>ExxonMobil Smart Card on the top right.
- Click on the Retrieve User ID
- Those who already got the physical ExxonMobil Smart Card may proceed accordingly:
- Select No I do not have my ExxonMobil
- Enter the Name of the cardholder exactly as it appears on the card.
- Type in the Last Four Digits of the Primary Cardholder’s Social Security Number.
- Type in the Registered Phone Number.
- If you have the Smart Card, follow through these steps:
- Select Yes, I have my ExxonMobil
- Type in the Card Number.
- Enter the Name of the cardholder exactly as it appears on the card.
- Type in the three digits Security Code from the card’s back.
- Enter the Last Four Digits of the Primary Cardholder’s Social Security Number.
- Click on
- Your User ID will be displayed on the screen and will be also mailed to your registered email address.
Reset Password
Are you unable to enter the correct password? Please see these steps to securely reset your account password:
- Open your browser and visit www.exxonmobilcard.com
- Select Sign On/Register>ExxonMobil Smart Card on the top right.
- Click on the Reset Password
- You need to verify your information as per the record. So one who already has the ExxonMobil Smart Card must refer here:
- Select Yes I have my ExxonMobil.
- Enter Card Number.
- Type in the exact name of the Cardholder.
- Enter Security Code.
- Type the Primary Cardholder’s Last Four Digits of the Social Security Number.
- If you do not have the Card:
- Type in the exact Name of the Cardholder.
- Enter the Primary Cardholder’s Last Four Digits of the Social Security Number.
- Enter Registered Phone Number.
- Click on the Verify to proceed to the Password Reset page.
- After resetting the password, return to the login page and access using the newly set password to confirm the changes.
