Purchase Method :
- The first option to participate into the Survey is the Purchase method.
- You have to make a purchase during the Walmart Sweepstakes period from any participating Walmart Stores and keep a hold of your receipt.
- One Walmart Purchase receipt is applicable for one entry to the sweepstakes.
- Next, you have to go to the Walmart Survey Page through your web browser or you may click on the below link to open the survey page directly – survey.walmart.com.
- When you get that survey page, there will be different blank fields to enter your ID#and ST# from your purchase receipt.
- After you have entered your ID# and ST#, you need to click on the Next
- On the next page, you will get survey questions that you have to answer honestly.
- Next, you have to enter your personal information and contact details so that the portal could contact you afterward.
- You must take the survey within one week of your Walmart Purchase.
Without Purchase Method :
- If you do not have a purchase receipt, then also you can participate in to this Walmart Survey.
- For this again you have to go to the Walmart Customer Experience Survey Page through your web browser or you may click on the below link to open the survey page directly – survey.walmart.com.
- There you will get the following link that you have to click – ‘Don’t have your receipt? No problem, click here to share your feedback’.
- After that, you will be redirected to another page where you have to click on Begin Survey
- In the Next step, you need to enter your State, City, Store and click on Next
- On the next page, you will get survey questions that you have to answer honestly.
- Next, you have to enter your personal information and contact details so that the portal could contact you afterward.
Walmart Customer Experience Survey winner determination :
- In each Walmart Sweepstakes period, there will be a separate random draw, and prize winners will be selected from all the eligible entries. 5 grand prize winners and 750 first prize winners will be selected by a lucky draw.
- Each Grand prize winner will receive a $ 1000 Walmart gift card.
- Each First prize winner will receive $ 100 Walmart gift card.
How the winners will be informed :
- Winners of the Walmart Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be notified through email or phone within 16th November 2020.
- The winner must respond to the primary notification within 5 business days.
- If the winner fails to contact the Walmart Authority within time, that participant will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected from the rest eligible entries of the Walmart Sweepstakes.
- Winners of the Walmart Sweepstakes First Prize will get their prize through United States Postal Service to their mailing address within 4 to 6 weeks of the Lucky Draw Date.
- If the given address is incorrect or Walmart authority cannot be able to contact the First prize winner on time, that participant will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen from the rest eligible entries of Walmart Sweepstakes.
