- The participants must be a legal citizen of Canada and must be at least 15 years of age or more.
- A recent receipt of the Cineplex cinemas must be available to enter the survey.
- The employees, officers, sponsors, staff or anyone affiliated with the Cineplex company are not eligible for the survey.
- The whole survey must be completed to enter the sweepstakes.
- Only one entry will be permitted per person per survey.
- Any means of payment or purchase is not necessary to win the sweepstakes and doing so will not increase the chances of winning.
- The Cineplex offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- The gift card provided cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives and is non transferable.

- Keep the recent receipt of Cineplex cinemas in handy.

- Choose the language from French and English as provided in the webpage.
- In the landing page enter the 16 digit certificate number provided on the bottom of the receipt.
- Enter the time and date of the movie you watched and click on start.
- After entering the survey you will be asked regarding the experience of the visit, the quality of the services, the behaviour of the staff and the overall satisfaction in the theatre.
- Answer all the questions correctly and honestly as it will help in the improvement of the services in the future.
- Give your feedback in the comment boxes provided and click on next.
- After answering all the questions you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes.
- Agree to the notification and provide your personal details such as name, phone number, email id and complete postal address.
- Congratulations you have successfully entered into the Cineplex sweepstakes and will be notified once you win the prize.
Procedure to enter the Cineplex sweepstakes via Mail:
- Handprint your name, phone number, email id and complete postal address on a postage paid envelope along with a handwritten essay of 100 words regarding the experience at the theatre.
