J.C.Penney provides their employees with JCPenney Associate Kiosk, an online platform, to view their paycheck stub, work schedule, working hours, direct deposit, benefits information, access W-2 form and all the necessary information about JCPenney so that they can manage their work easily and conveniently. The portal can be accessed from home or anywhere from a personal or public computer 24/7 over the internet.
JCPenney Associate Kiosk Account Login
JCPenney Associate Kiosk is created to help the employees get access to their job-related information and new all in one place without any hassle. If you are a JCPenney employee, you can take the following steps provided below to enter and use the online associate kiosk.
- Go to JCPenney Associate Kiosk Online Portal at www.jcpassociates.com
- Click on the first option “Associate Kiosk Home” to enter the login page
- Enter your JCPenney Associate Username and Password in their respective fields.
- Click the “Login” button to authenticate your identity to access the kiosk.
JCPenney Former Associate Kiosk Login
If you are not a current employee, you can select the “Former Associate Kiosk” option found in the middle. Entering the next page navigate at the bottom and hit the “Click here” link next to ‘Link to Former Associate Kiosk’.
You will be directed to the Oracle PeopleSoft Sign-In page to insert your User ID that is your 9-digit Employee ID number at JCPenney and 11-digit Password. You can use the leading zeros to make the user id 9 digits and your default password will be in the convention of- JCP (uppercase), two-digit birth month, two-digit birth year, and the last four digits of your SSN.
After entering the login credentials select your language between English and Spanish and click the “Sign In” button. Before this, you can enable the accessibility mode by selecting the checkbox. Make a note that you have been able to log in to the JCPenney Former Associate Kiosk for up to 18 months after your termination date.

How to Receive W-2 Form in JCPenney Associate Kiosk Online
Once you log in to the JCPenney Associate Kiosk, you can sign up to receive electronic W-2 forms. Electronic retrieval is the easiest, fastest and safest way to obtain the forms. For that, you can
- Go to the “My Money” section and click on the W-2/ W-2c Consent
- Read the Notification Text to know when and how to return and retrieve your W-2 Form after it is available
- Select the checkbox to indicate your consent to receive electronic W-2/ W-2c forms
- Click on the “OK” button on the submit confirmation screen
Ensure that the current status is “consent received” to validate. You can withdraw your consent anytime returning the same page in your JCPenney Associate Kiosk.
W-2 Forms Reissues
Both the active associates and the former associates of JCPenney can request a reissue of current as well as the previous year (up to 7 years) W-2 documents in the JCPenney Associate Kiosk. To print the form or request a mailed copy, they will need to go to the ‘Self Service’ of the main menu and then ‘Payroll and Compensation’. Finally, click on the “JCP W-2 Reissue Request” link and follow the instructions on your screen.
