To complete the Shell UK Customer Satisfaction Survey and be eligible for the Tell Shell Online Feedback Monthly Prize Draw, you will need to
- Be a resident of England, Scotland, and Wales
- Be aged at least 18 years or over.
- Not to be an employee of the Shell Group of companies, their families, agencies, franchisees, supplier or any person assisting the survey or sweepstakes promotion.
- Make a qualifying purchase from a participating Shell location in the UK and receive a receipt with the survey invitation.
Shell UK Customer Satisfaction Online Survey Steps
To begin the Shell United Kingdom Customer Satisfaction Survey, keep your Shell receipt near you and then you can follow the steps right below.
- Visit the promotion website on your Shell receipt survey invitation or access www.shell.co.uk/tellshell.
- Enter the required information i.e. Site ID, Date and Time from your receipt. (If you have difficulty to find the visit information, click the link above the entry fields to see an example)
- Click on the “Start” button to take the survey.
- Complete the survey.
- Select ‘Yes’ when you will be asked to participate in the contest and enter your contact details to receive a single entry to the relevant prize draw entry period.
A Few Notes on Tell Shell UK Customer Survey Contest
- The survey and sweepstake is allowed to take once per person per month
- There will be a prize draw on the first of each calendar month for the previous month’s entries.
- In the drawing, the name of all valid entrants completing the full survey will be entered into an Excel sheet and the winners’ name will be selected using the RAND function
- Winners will be notified within 21 days of the closing date of the prize draw by email or telephone, which one provided by you.
- To claim the prize, the winners must respond within 5 business days to that contact.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by registered post on a date and an address agreed with the promoter.
- Shell V-Power fuel vouchers can be redeemed for purchases at participating Shell service station in the UK
- The vouchers must be used before the expiration date stated on it.
